2. Klong Dao Beach
This beach boasts a spectacular stretch of white sands and shallow clear waters. With its’ breath-taking sunsets and white sand landscape, we can see why. Excellent, safe swimming makes this the most popular family beach on Ko Lanta, but even in peak season this huge beach never gets crowded, and just a short stroll will find you a patch without neighbors.

3. Cala Mondrago Beach
Despite it’s fairly remote location, this beach, which is situated in Spain, is extremely popular because of its beautiful natural setting. The white sand is soft and silky and slopes gently down into the clear blue seas. The shallowness of the sea makes it very good for small children. Snorkelling is also a popular activity thanks to the clarity of the sea.

Located in South Africa, this beach is made up of inlets between granite boulders, from which the name originated. It is a popular tourist stop because of a colony of African Penguins which settled there in 1982.
